This patient wanted to replace an old crown at the front which he felt stood out from the rest of the teeth. He also wanted to make his smile more symmetric and attractive. A combination of tooth whitening (surgery and home) together with a new full porcelain crown and conservative white fillings on the rest of the teeth gave the patient a smile and a bite he was very happy with.

After years of tooth surface loss due to diet related acid erosion, this lovely gentleman felt he wanted to get his teeth to the length they use to be and also improve colour and shape. He also wanted to replace a couple of crowns at the back of the mouth which now showed black margins on the gum level. After a temporary diagnostic phase during which we were happy with the patient’s speech and the look of the temporary crowns we finished the treatment with full porcelain crowns.
